Our 4-inch Basque cheesecake is the perfect single serving. Indulge in pure temptation. This slice of Raspberry and Double Chocolate Brownie Burnt Basque Cheesecake begins with a decadent bed of double-fudge chocolate brownie, layered with our silky raspberry cheesecake where deep cocoa notes melt into bright bursts of raspberry. Finished with a chocolate drizzle and dried raspberry sprinkles, every bite is a perfect balance of dark, creamy, and tart.
